Director, Employee Experience Platform

Boston Consulting Group in London seeks a Senior Product Owner for the Employee Experience Platform. You will own the product vision, set multi-year roadmaps, and define OKRs to measure adoption and user satisfaction across a headless, multi-channel platform.

Collaborating with and senior stakeholders, you will govern build-vs-buy decisions, ensure security and governance, and lead a network of product owners to scale the platform beyond into HR and other functions.
