Director Enterprise Site IT Support

Lead enterprise site IT support at Nutrien, combining service ownership, technology reliability, and global operating-model leadership across supported facilities.

As Director, IT Site Support, you will set strategy for global Site IT and Nutri-Site. You will guide lifecycle planning, incident leadership, site delivery, vendor partnerships, financial stewardship, risk controls, and executive support. Success requires trusted relationships with site leaders and collaboration across infrastructure, end-user computing, cybersecurity, applications, service management, and business relationship teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set enterprise site support strategy, standards, governance, and roadmaps
• Own technology reliability, lifecycle planning, and refresh activities
• Lead site-impacting incidents, escalations, communications, and continuity support
• Coordinate enterprise projects, readiness, risks, dependencies, and support transitions
• Manage vendors, budgets, documentation, controls, and executive technology support

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
• 15+ years of progressive IT experience
• At least five years leading IT professionals
• Experience with geographically dispersed site support operations
• Knowledge of ITSM, networking, cybersecurity, vendors, and budgets
