About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a highly respected specialty insurance platform that is building one of the most sophisticated data and analytics functions in the market.

The business has invested heavily in modern data infrastructure, portfolio analytics and decision-making capabilities, creating an environment where exposure management sits at the centre of strategic conversations.

As part of continued growth, we're seeking a Director, Non-Property Exposure Analytics to lead a critical area of the exposure function.

The Role

You will be responsible for how the business understands and reports on its non-property portfolio.

This includes portfolio composition, aggregation monitoring, trend analysis, exposure reporting and delivering insights that influence underwriting and business strategy.

While this is a senior leadership position, we're looking for someone who enjoys staying close enough to the detail to challenge assumptions, understand the data and drive outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong non-property expertise
  • Background within insurance or reinsurance
  • Strategic thinker with a hands‑on mentality
  • Strong analytical and portfolio management capability

Why Join?

  • £160,000 base salary + 30% bonus
  • High-profile leadership role
  • Significant visibility across the business
  • Opportunity to shape the future of a growing organisation
  • Data-led culture with substantial investment in analytics and technology
  • Environment that rewards ideas, ownership and execution
