Lead enterprise finance and construction platforms at Pomerleau, shaping strategy, governance, and transformation across CMiC, Procore, and future systems.

As Director, Enterprise Solutions, you will guide platforms supporting accounting, payroll, procurement, project financial management, and construction operations. You will define capabilities, priorities, and operating models that align technology with business needs. The mandate includes current platform evolution and new financial system and PMIS deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Finance and Construction Operations platform portfolio
  • Define long-term vision, investments, and multi-year roadmap
  • Lead new financial system and future PMIS deployment
  • Ensure CMiC and Procore continuity throughout transformation
  • Lead teams, partners, governance, and operational performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, business, engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years managing complex enterprise platforms
  • Experience with ERP, financial system, or PMIS solutions
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and external partners
  • Experience managing large-scale transformation programs
