The Director, Enterprise Solutions – Finance and Operations owns platforms supporting accounting, payroll, procurement, project financial management, and construction operations. This senior leader defines the portfolio roadmap and translates business priorities into technology capabilities. The mandate includes CMiC, Procore, the new financial system, and future PMIS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Finance and Construction Operations platform portfolio
  • Define long-term vision and multi-year portfolio roadmaps
  • Lead financial system and PMIS transformation activities
  • Ensure platform continuity, stability, security, and performance
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and strategic external partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years managing complex enterprise platforms
  • Experience with ERP, financial systems, or PMIS
  • Experience leading transformation programs and multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience with platform governance and strategic vendor management
