As Director, Full-Stack Engineer, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance software across the full lifecycle. You will shape architecture and code quality in an agile, AI-enabled environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to place the client at the center of every decision. You’ll accelerate innovation with AI-led development while mentoring engineers and guiding product-aligned initiatives in FX tech. This role combines leadership, hands-on technical work, and a focus on fast-paced, mission-critical systems in finance. You will help drive transformative solutions that power the future of finance at BNY.

- Extensive years of development experience
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Mathematics or a similar field
- Experience building mission-critical systems, ideally in financial institutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven mindset
- Adaptability and leadership through change
- Prior experience with Front Office trading systems
- Low latency trading experience
- Co-location infrastructure knowledge
- Experience with high-performance messaging systems
- Hands-on experience with FIX APIs
