Director, Head of Operations Technology

This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for technology supporting core Global Markets Operations capabilities across EMEA and selected Corporate Banking Operations functions. Success requires a leader who can operate credibly at both executive and technical levels. You will influence business strategy, shape investment decisions, oversee a complex technology estate and lead transformation across a globally distributed organisation. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Front Office, Technology, Risk, Compliance and executive management while leading an organisation of approximately 40-50 professionals across London, India and New York.

Executive Business Partnership

• Act as the trusted technology advisor to senior Global Markets Operations and Corporate Banking stakeholders.
• Provide technology leadership across core post-trade and operational capabilities including securities settlement, collateral management, liquidity and cash management, reconciliations, transaction reporting, confirmation matching and asset servicing.
• Translate business strategy, regulatory obligations and operational priorities into clear technology investment and execution plans.
• Build strong relationships across business, operations and technology functions, influencing outcomes at senior executive level
