Overview

This senior IT leadership role oversees a broad remit across applications, end-user services, infrastructure and AI initiatives for the London operation. You will set strategic direction, lead multiple IT functions, and shape how technology services are delivered in partnership with a global real estate organisation. The role focuses on service delivery, governance, and enabling business operations through scalable technology. A key hook is driving AI-enabled improvements across enterprise platforms and operations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee Entrata application services, including availability, performance, upgrades, incidents and vendor relations
  • Lead end-user operations to improve user experience and issue resolution
  • Champion AI opportunities to enhance technology services and business processes
  • Oversee London network, server, storage and security resources
  • Drive technology projects across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure technology supports operational needs
  • Support IT governance, cybersecurity, audits and risk assessments; act as escalation point for tech issues
Key requirements
  • Senior leadership experience in IT operations managing multiple teams/functions
  • Strong knowledge of end-user operations and enterprise service delivery
  • Solid experience with network management, infrastructure and cloud technologies
  • Experience leading technology projects and multi-team delivery
  • Working knowledge of AI implementation in organisations
  • Experience managing enterprise applications and vendor relationships
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Entrata experience or familiarity with a comparable platform (beneficial)
  • ITIL qualification or equivalent service management credentials (beneficial)
  • Exposure to global IT operations and multi-location teams (advantageous)
