Director, IT & Business Enablement (Fully Remote)

Own the full lifecycle of Censys's internal technology stack, from endpoint provisioning to SaaS tooling and AI integration. Balance availability and usability to keep internal tools fast, reliable, and easy to use. What You'll Do: Own company technology needs end-to-end, including new hire equipment, IT onboarding, and productivity tools. Hire, mentor, and develop IT team members to support a global workforce. Manage endpoint lifecycle, identity systems, and secure AI adoption across the business. Who You Are: You have 10+ years in IT management and 5+ years leading teams. You have hands-on experience with modern SaaS stacks and endpoint management. You can translate technical decisions into cost and ROI terms for finance and leadership.
