Overview

As Director of Digital Transformation Advisory, you will help shape Interpath’s digital transformation capability and lead high-impact client engagements across industries and regions. You’ll translate complex technology topics into business insights, drive multi-disciplinary programmes, and steer strategic technology initiatives. This role blends client delivery with practice-building, offering influence over technology strategy, operating models, and data-driven transformations. You will work with senior stakeholders to shape outcomes and growth in a fast-growing, independent advisory firm.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver complex digital transformation engagements across industries and international markets
  • Project manage large-scale, multidisciplinary technology programmes with on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Bridge technology and business stakeholders to translate technical topics into actionable insights
  • Develop proposals, pitches, and presentations with commercial awareness and risk understanding
  • Support business development through networks and market engagement
  • Lead steering committees, executive workshops, and Board-level presentations
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to grow capability of the team
  • Identify root causes of technology and organizational challenges and provide pragmatic recommendations
Key requirements
  • Extensive experience leading digital transformation and technology advisory engagements
  • Proven delivery of transformation programmes across non-financial services sectors
  • Broad tech and transformation expertise across strategy, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and M&A tech
  • Strong business development experience with an established professional network
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management with executive audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with balanced analysis and strategy
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Collaborative leadership and ability to work with client teams, internal teams, and third-party providers
  • Proven ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
