Director Managed IT Services Strategy

Lead territory-wide Managed IT Services strategy at The Salvation Army Canada and Bermuda, aligning technology governance with organizational priorities and mission needs. This Director role builds and scales consistent, sustainable IT service delivery across the Territory. You will partner with divisional leaders, ministry units, and senior stakeholders while standardizing procurement, fulfillment, hardware, software, and asset management. The position also supports digital transformation, service excellence, governance, and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute territory-wide Managed IT Services strategies Partner with leaders to prioritize initiatives and business needs Standardize technology procurement, fulfillment, and asset management Establish intake, planning, and governance frameworks Oversee technology initiative delivery, adoption, and organizational impact Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, computer science, or business Minimum 10 years leading large-scale technology initiatives Minimum 10 years operating and scaling service-oriented businesses Experience with enterprise systems, infrastructure, networks, and cloud migration Knowledge of cybersecurity, continuity, architecture, and IT service management Apply technology strategy, governance, service management, and stakeholder leadership to strengthen Managed IT Services across the Territory.
