Director of AI-Driven Platform Engineering

CHAMP Cargosystems seeks a Director of Engineering & Platform to own the technology, platform and engineering organization behind Neo, our cloud-hosted SaaS. You will lead the Cargo BU’s tech strategy and oversee a global engineering TEAM, setting standards and guiding AI-enabled product development across shared services and hosting.

You will shape cloud hosting, FinOps, CI/CD and operational reliability while building an AI-led engineering culture and strong cross-functional collaboration with
