Director of Data Innovation & Insight

Ofcom's Strategy and Research Group seeks a Senior Management Specialist to lead the Research, Innovation and Data functions. You will shape the data strategy, drive innovation, and ensure timely access to high‑quality insights for policy and regulatory work.

Reporting to senior leaders, you will manage analytics, behavioural research, and programme delivery while building external partnerships and ensuring responsible data practices across the organisation.
