Overview

Senior IT leader responsible for shaping and delivering the ERP/CRM portfolio (Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM) and related integrations. You will partner with senior management to align systems with business objectives, lead aGlobal technical team, and ensure reliable operations and security. The role combines strategy, governance, and hands-on delivery at scale, with a focus on cross-functional impact and continuous improvement. You’ll drive roadmaps, manage budgets, and partner with PMO and business units to enable data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Build and own Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM roadmaps with functional leaders
  • Oversee ERP/CRM program delivery and portfolio projects, aligned to company goals
  • Create technical SOPs and work instructions
  • Lead a highly technical global team for scale and growth
  • Define standards and procedures for quality, testing, and reliability of business apps
  • Implement CSI's technology risk management, including security, privacy, and DR
  • Establish service level commitments and support daily operations
  • Manage significant capital and operating budgets
  • Coach and develop ERP/CRM team, support process changes and training
  • Deliver end-user training materials and system documentation
  • Serve as lead technical expert for Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM on the development team
  • Coordinate with PMO, BAs, and consultants to capture business requirements
  • Ensure on-time delivery within budgets; document customizations and integrations
Key requirements
  • 12+ years of senior-level application management experience
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM (CE), including LCS, DevOps, BYOD, Dual-Write (DataVerse)
  • SOX, HIPAA & GDPR knowledge preferred
  • Functional knowledge of F&O for finance, manufacturing, and supply chain
  • Functional knowledge of CRM for marketing, field service, and order to cash
  • Experience integrating ISVs with D365 and connecting D365 with Azure Data Lake
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in analytics/engineering/economics/information management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
