Key responsibilities

  • Lead the finance function across all entities in the group — accounting, AR, AP, payroll and reporting
  • Own the monthly, quarterly and annual close, consolidation and financial statement preparation
  • Build budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow projections, and report variances to the executive team
  • Deliver margin and gross‑profit analytics by lane, customer and salesperson to drive commercial decisions
  • Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, treasury and multi‑currency (CAD/USD) exposure
  • Design and enforce internal controls, approval frameworks and finance policy
