Director of Frontend Excellence – Mobile & Web

Tide is hiring a Director of Engineering to lead the Client Engineering organisation, owning frontend technical direction and standards. You will lead Engineering Managers and partner with Staff Engineers to tackle large-scale frontend challenges across Flutter, Angular, and backend integrations.

You will champion architectural health, pragmatic technology choices, and a release model that supports rapid, reliable deployments, while exploring AI-driven improvements for the client-side experience.
