Director of Innovation & Digital Systems

Holstein Canada seeks a Director of Innovation & Systems to lead technology, data, innovation and business improvement across the organization. Reporting to the CEO, this senior role blends strategic direction with hands-on execution to optimize systems, processes and member experiences.

The Director will drive a multi-year roadmap, ensure cyber and data governance, and partner with leaders to define KPIs and dashboards while guiding vendor relationships and internal teams.
