Director of Platform Performance & Architecture

FanDuel is seeking a Software Engineering Director to drive the teams behind performance, reliability and architecture powering FanDuel Sportsbook. You will lead multiple engineering teams across Performance, Observability, and Modularisation, delivering fast, reliable customer experiences at scale.

You will coach engineers, shape strategy, and make critical technical decisions to enable hundreds of engineers across geographies to move quickly, safely and with confidence.
