Director of Preconstruction — Mega Data Center Campus

Fleet Data Centers is seeking a Preconstruction Director to lead owner-side preconstruction for mega-scale data center campuses. The role drives design development, estimating, procurement strategy, and buyout through NTP, aligning with Fleet’s cost, schedule, and reliability goals.

You will manage a team of Preconstruction Managers, partner with design, development, Supply Chain, and legal, and report to executive leadership.
