Director of Salesforce

We are working with a global business who are looking for a senior Salesforce leader to take ownership of the strategy, architecture and continuous improvement of a large-scale customer platform within a complex enterprise environment. The role combines hands-on architectural leadership with responsibility for a team of Salesforce specialists.

Experience required:

• Significant experience leading enterprise-scale Salesforce platforms , with strong solution and technical architecture expertise.
• Extensive knowledge across multiple Salesforce clouds, ideally including Sales, Service, Marketing, Revenue and Data .
• Proven experience designing complex Salesforce integrations and working across wider enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Experience leading and developing architects, developers, administrators and consultants within a distributed or multi-squad environment.
• Strong background in technical governance, platform strategy, architecture standards and technology roadmaps .
• Experience partnering with senior business, product, engineering and data stakeholders within an Agile environment .
• Strong understanding of security, data privacy, resilience, governance and enterprise risk .
• Commercially minded, with experience managing technology vendors, budgets and third-party relationships .

All applicants must be able to commute to the London based office weekly and have the appropriate RTW.
