### You Have:
* 10+ years' experience as a Software Developer* 2+ years' people management experience leading full-stack engineering teams* Extensive experience mentoring junior developers; performing code reviews, contributing to architectural decision-making, and* Experience with the following; Java, Node.js, MongoDB, React, HTML, SQL* Experience working with Microservices architecture* Experience working in cloud environment, ideally with AWSPerks:
