Overview

As Director of Technical Implementation, EMEA, you will unify regional delivery into a scalable, high-performing function across multiple countries. You’ll lead a standardized operating model with strong governance to improve delivery outcomes for InterSystems EHR and HealthShare solutions. The role emphasizes cross-regional collaboration, data- and AI-driven insights, and a shift from country-based to region-wide execution. You’ll embed ARIES-powered methodologies to boost predictability and quality, strengthening customer outcomes and partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities
  • Unify all Technical Implementation teams in a single regional structure with consistent standards
  • Define and enforce best practices, governance, and quality frameworks across projects
  • Ensure alignment with country leadership to meet annual targets while leveraging regional synergies
  • Drive cross-country collaboration and optimize resource deployment across the region
  • Own capacity planning, forecasting, and utilization using data and AI insights
  • Oversee partner strategy, onboarding, performance management, and alignment
  • Embed and scale the AI-powered ARIES methodology across delivery activities
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for delivery quality, efficiency, resource use, and partner performance
  • Support country Professional Services Directors with technical oversight and project success
  • Lead continuous improvement through reusable assets, automation, and standardization
  • Engage as a senior stakeholder in critical customer engagements to ensure delivery excellence
Key requirements
  • 10+ years in technical delivery, implementation, or professional services leadership
  • Proven track record in large-scale, multi-country implementation programs
  • Background in healthcare IT or enterprise software implementation environments
  • Strong understanding of technical architectures, integration, and data platforms
  • Experience with resource management, forecasting, and large-scale optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational transformation and standardization
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management in a matrix environment
  • Experience working with partners and external delivery ecosystems
  • Strategic mindset with ability to translate vision into execution
  • Ability to travel internationally 60% of the time
