Director of Unified Technical Programs

Seismic is hiring a Director of Technical Programs in Vancouver, Canada, reporting to the VP of Product & Engineering Operations. You will unify two TPM cultures, standardize operating models, and drive high-impact programs end to end with executive-facing accountability.

Based in Vancouver with India overlap, you’ll lead a diverse team, build a single source of truth for TPM roles and SLAs, and partner across P&E Ops to streamline decisions, documentation, and delivery.
