Director Private Capital Raising

Build investor relationships and raise private real estate capital as a Director with Lankin Investments. Manage opportunities from discovery through funding.

This individual contributor role serves as a Dealing Representative with Parvis Investment Services Inc., an Exempt Market Dealer. You will present professionally managed private real estate opportunities while managing the full investor journey. The work combines consultative sales, capital raising, investment products, private markets, and wealth management. Your efforts support Lankin’s Canadian multi-family investment platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with accredited and qualified investors
• Conduct discovery meetings about investor objectives and financial goals
• Present private real estate investment opportunities compliantly
• Manage subscriptions and funding through the full sales cycle
• Maintain accurate CRM records and organized pipelines

Requirements:

• Five-plus years of consultative sales experience
• Success raising capital or selling sophisticated investment products
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles
• Dealing Representative proficiency under NI 31-103
