Director Restaurant Technology Deployment Operations

Lead Tim Hortons restaurant technology deployments and operations onsite five days weekly, using POS, networking, and project management expertise.

Restaurant Brands International seeks a Director to modernize technology across its Canada and US restaurant network. You will guide large-scale deployments spanning POS, kiosks, network infrastructure, back-office systems, and IoT. The work connects Product, Engineering, Restaurant Operations, Tech Support, training, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define Tim Hortons technology deployment strategy across the system
• Oversee project managers, infrastructure experts, vendors, and timelines
• Lead pilots, rollouts, lifecycle planning, and readiness standards
• Monitor performance, risks, compliance, and implementation issues
• Communicate progress, risks, and metrics to executive leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience managing complex Quick Service Restaurant projects
• Proficiency with POS, networking, order management, and workflows
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
