The Mission:

  • Define risk tolerance framework, governance, and Risk Committee.
  • Lead fraud operations and credit teams, partnering with Product and Engineering.

What You'll Bring:

  • 8-10+ years in credit/fraud risk, 3+ years leading teams.
  • Strong cross-functional influence and regulatory knowledge (BSA/AML, UDAAP).

Compensation:

  • Base pay $171k-$202k plus equity and potential bonus.
