Director - SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) - Planning - TC - UKI

In this Director role at EY, you will lead large SAC planning engagements that transform clients’ FP&A operations. You’ll guide cross-functional teams, shape delivery strategy with client executives, and ensure outcomes align with data-driven enterprise goals. You’ll contribute to the EPM Technology leadership and help grow EY’s SAC capabilities, including developing reusable assets and go-to-market offerings. This is a hands-on leadership position at the intersection of technology and business value, aimed at driving meaningful FP&A transformation.

• Lead senior delivery across complex SAP Analytics Cloud planning programmes, ensuring scope, quality, timeline and budget
• Provide architecture oversight aligned with client data strategies and manage senior stakeholders (CFO, CIO, Head of Data/FP&A)
• Own sales pipelines and bid teams, shaping propositions around FP&A transformation and driving revenue growth
• Develop and evolve the EPM offering, including reusable assets and AI-enabled planning initiatives
• Foster SAC capability growth, mentor junior colleagues, and establish delivery standards and best practices

• Strong experience delivering SAP Analytics Cloud solutions with planning use cases
• Deep understanding of finance processes and how SAC supports them
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation programmes
• Strong commercial acumen including sales, pricing, and margin management
