Division Controller

This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for the financial operations of the Construction Division and strong exposure to the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial statements and communicate results to executive leadership
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Partner closely with Project Managers and Engineers on project budgets and cost control
• Oversee the division’s day-to-day accounting and financial operations
• Supervise a team of three AP accountants
• Prepare monthly journal entries
• Support internal and external audits
• Identify financial strategies that support company goals
• Travel to job sites as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Accounting xhqgsiq and finance leadership experience
• Management experience
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• SAP experience is a plus
• Construction or project-based accounting experience is highly valuable
