As Divisional Director, you will lead and grow the MEP division within the hyperscale data centre market, shaping strategy and delivering high-profile projects. You will work with a cross-functional team to drive technical excellence, client engagement, and financial performance. You’ll own the divisional performance, oversee complex projects, and lead major bids, influencing the future direction of the business. This is a high-impact leadership role in a market with significant growth potential, offering a platform to shape delivery standards and strategic outcomes.
Responsibilities- Define and execute growth strategy for the hyperscale data centre market
- Lead and develop a geographically diverse MEP team
- Act as trusted advisor to key clients, developers, and stakeholders
- Oversee delivery of complex, large-scale mission critical projects
- Drive technical excellence and best-in-class design standards
- Own divisional P&L, resource planning, and operational performance
- Lead major bids, strategic pursuits, and client engagement activities
- Senior leadership experience in an engineering consultancy or similar
- Proven delivery track record in hyperscale data centre projects
- Strategic, commercially aware leader with strong business acumen
- Technically credible across mechanical, electrical, and public health disciplines
- Experience managing large teams and complex project portfolios
- Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills
- Degree-qualified in Engineering (Chartered status preferred)
