Downstream Enterprise Architect Retail

Shape Downstream architecture for Nutrien’s Retail business through capability modeling, roadmaps, and executive technology guidance. Travel 15–20% as required.

As Domain Enterprise Architect, you will connect business outcomes, growers, customers, applications, information, and technology. You will maintain current and target architectures while guiding investment decisions. The work spans customer engagement, commercial programs, pricing, digital commerce, agronomy services, and order-to-cash.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop capability maps, taxonomies, and value-stream views with business leaders
• Maintain domain architectures and multi-year transition roadmaps
• Provide architecture perspectives before material investment commitments
• Connect business outcomes to applications, data, integrations, and technology
• Facilitate governance, assurance, and cross-domain decisions

Requirements:

• Fifteen or more years across enterprise or domain architecture
• Degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related discipline
• Experience developing capability models and executive decision materials
• Strong Retail or customer-facing value-chain knowledge
• Executive communication, facilitation, and influence without authority
