Driver Examiner Road Testing Specialist

Evaluate G2 and G applicants as a Driver Examiner while delivering clear feedback and excellent customer service. Support fair examinations through sound judgment.

Serco Canada Inc. seeks a Driver Examiner to provide DriveTest examination services. You will assess vehicle handling, traffic-law compliance, safe driving practices, and responses to stressful situations. The position also involves licensing information, applicant verification, and road-test administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct G2 and G road tests for applicants
• Evaluate vehicle mechanics, handling, regulations, and safe driving
• Provide results, errors, and improvement details
• Complete road-test evaluation forms accurately
• Answer licensing enquiries and explain retest procedures

Requirements:

• GED or high school diploma required
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence
• At least four years of verified driving experience
• Two years of demonstrated excellent customer service experience
• Intermediate computer skills and strong decision-making abilities
