Deckers Brands, home of HOKA, is seeking a Supervisor, DTC Operations Planning to lead planning across Retail and E‑Commerce in the UK. You will translate data into actionable insights, drive stock availability and optimise replenishment with a market‑facing perspective.

You will manage a small planning team, collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, Demand Planning, Commercial, Retail and Supply Chain, and champion continuous improvement and automation across channels.
