Overview
As DVS CTO, you will define the technology vision and roadmap for Accenture's Digital Video Services platforms (AVS and AMAP). You will lead architecture and engineering across cloud-native, data, and AI-powered solutions, translating client needs into scalable offerings. You will drive platform reliability, performance, and security at scale while fostering innovation in video, advertising, and data monetization. You will mentor global engineering teams and partner with sales and product to align technology with market needs.
Responsibilities- Define the technology vision and roadmap for AVS and AMAP
- Lead cloud-native, data, and AI-driven architecture and engineering
- Partner with sales and product to translate client needs into scalable solutions
- Ensure platform reliability, performance, and security at scale
- Drive innovation in video, advertising, and data monetization ecosystems
- Lead and mentor global engineering teams
- Travel as required to support leadership responsibilities across distributed teams
- Strong experience in product and platform engineering leadership in media, telco, broadcasting, or streaming environments
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, data platforms, and AI/ML-enabled solutions
- Proven track record in scaling complex platforms and leading distributed global engineering teams
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities, with ability to translate market needs into roadmaps
- Experience with video platforms, broadcast workflows, content delivery, or advertising technology ecosystems
- Understanding of reliability, latency, QoS, and large-scale content operations is a strong advantage
