Dynamic 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer (Windows & Mac)

La Fosse is seeking a customer-focused 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join a fast-paced global organisation. You will support 3,500+ users across multiple international locations, handling hardware, software and networking issues.

You'll troubleshoot Windows, Mac, Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies, manage incidents through an ITSM platform, and assist with onboarding, hardware deployment and user access challenges. A discretionary bonus and excellent benefits accompany the role.
