Dynamic On-Site IT Support Analyst (1st/2nd Line)

Neg Earth Lights Ltd in London is seeking a proactive 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst to join our IT team. This is an on-site role requiring you in the office Monday–Friday to provide essential technical support across the warehouse and office.

You will manage AD and Microsoft 365, handle service desk tickets, support UniFi networking, 3CX telephony and device deployment via Intune, while documenting issues and solutions for future reference.
