Dynamics 365 Engineer

In this role you will lead and own the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform stack, providing hands-on engineering and solution ownership from design to ongoing evolution. You will collaborate with product teams, architects and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions that underpin key services and workflows. The role sits at a mission-driven health and research organisation modernising its Microsoft ecosystem. You will influence technical direction and work on meaningful, real-world projects with cross-functional partners.

• Own solution design, development, implementation and ongoing evolution of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Hands-on engineering across the platform and components
• Collaborate with product teams, architects, business stakeholders and third-party partners
• Deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions supporting organisational services and workflows
• Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Extensive experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
• Strong Power Platform expertise (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Experience developing custom components with PowerApps Component Framework (PCF)
• Strong JavaScript development skills
• Experience with React, Angular or TypeScript
• Experience building integrations, custom connectors and automation solutions
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, security models and platform capabilities
• Experience with SharePoint Online and Power BI
• Ability to translate business requirements for technical delivery
