Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Senior Developer to support the design, development, customization, integration, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in D365 F&O development, X++, customizations, integrations, and reporting while working closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) solutions.
• Develop customizations, enhancements, extensions, workflows, and integrations within D365 F&O.
• Work with functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain X++, forms, reports, classes, data entities, workflows, and business logic.
• Build and support integrations with third-party applications using APIs, web services, Azure Services, and middleware tools.
• Develop data migration solutions and assist with data conversion activities.
• Create and maintain SSRS reports, Power BI integrations, and custom reporting solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, defects, and production incidents.
• Support testing activities including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and deployment validation.
• Assist with deployment, release management, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with solution architects, functional consultants, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Create technical design documents and maintain system documentation.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) development.
• Strong hands-on experience with X++ development.
• Experience developing customizations, extensions, workflows, and integrations in D365 F&O.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, or Manufacturing modules.
• Experience with Data Management Framework (DMF) and data migration activities.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, version control, and CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge of SSRS reporting and Power BI.
• Experience with REST APIs, OData services, and integrations.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience supporting implementations, enhancements, and production environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
