Dynamics 365 Lead Developer Montreal

Build scalable CRM solutions as a Dynamics 365 Lead Developer in Montreal, using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform. Work hybrid, with three days onsite weekly.

This role seeks an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 professional focused on digital transformation. You will apply CRM architecture, Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, solution design, Azure services, Copilot Studio, C#.NET, and GitHub Actions. Agile and iterative development experience supports the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions
• Develop Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and plugins
• Apply CRM architecture and solution design practices
• Use Azure services and Copilot Studio capabilities
• Support CI/CD practices through GitHub Actions

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service experience
• Experience with C#.NET and modern CI/CD practices
• Ability to work in Agile development environments
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Azure, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365 certifications are advantageous
