Dynamics Developer

• Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 solutions, including customisations, plugins (C#), JavaScript, workflows and integrations
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 using Power Platform technologies including Dataverse, Power Automate and Power Apps
• Support the development and maintenance of integrations with Azure services and third-party systems
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing and deployment
• Assist with troubleshooting, investigation and resolution of application issues
• Work with business stakeholders and senior team members to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Produce and maintain technical documentation
• Support testing and quality assurance activities to ensure reliable and maintainable solutions
• Collaborate with developers, architects and business teams to deliver enhancements and improvements
• Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and AI-related technologies
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and user experience through platform capabilities
• Support the adoption of AI-enabled features within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform where appropriate
• Report to the Dynamics Team Lead

Requirements

• Experience developing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) solutions
• Knowledge of .NET, C# and JavaScript development
• Experience creating or modifying Dynamics 365 customisations, plugins and workflows
• Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps
• Understanding of relational databases and data modelling concepts
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a development team
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from others
• Enthusiasm for Microsoft technologies and continuous professional development
• Desirable: Experience with Azure services such as Functions, Service Bus or Logic Apps
• Desirable: Experience with Power BI
• Desirable: Experience integrating third-party solutions
