Are you an experienced Dynamics 365 professional looking to take ownership of a business-critical platform and influence its future direction?

A leading Housing Association are looking to recruit a D365 Platform Manager to lead the strategy, architecture and ongoing development of its established Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment.

This is a leadership role where you'll move beyond day-to-day technical delivery, taking responsibility for platform strategy, architectural decisions, governance and technical standards. You'll play a key role in supporting wider digital transformation and ensuring the organisation gets the most from its Microsoft technology investment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining the strategy and roadmap for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Leading platform architecture, design and technical decision-making.
  • Establishing governance, development standards and ALM processes.
  • Driving integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure and wider enterprise systems.
  • Leading, mentoring and developing technical teams.
  • Managing third-party suppliers and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve services through automation, Power Platform and Copilot.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Strong Dynamics 365 CE experience, particularly Customer Service and Field Service.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale D365 and Power Platform implementations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Dataverse, solution architecture, security and integrations.
  • Experience with Azure services, APIs, DevOps and ALM.
  • The ability to set technical direction, introduce governance and make complex architectural decisions.
  • Experience leading or mentoring technical teams and managing stakeholders.

Experience within Social Housing, the public sector or another regulated environment would be advantageous, alongside Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform and architecture certifications.

This is a chance to take genuine ownership of an established platform, shape its future architecture and roadmap, and influence how technology supports customers and colleagues across a leading Housing Association.

The role is paying £76,000 salary + excellent benefits, with hybrid working, typically 1 day a week onsite, occasionally 2 at the HQ in Manchester.
