Overview
In this senior, customer-facing role you design and own end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for manufacturing-focused ERP projects. You lead technical direction, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure lifecycle success from design to delivery. You’ll mentor junior consultants and evaluate third-party add-ons to meet business requirements. This is a pivotal role in a growing consultancy, offering impact on complex ERP programs and technology strategy.
Responsibilities- Design and own end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
- Define technical approach and produce design documentation
- Act as the key technical point of contact for customers
- Lead and provide technical guidance to delivery teams
- Review and sign off consultant work and solution quality
- Work with Project Managers to manage scope, risk, budgets, and delivery
- Support customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Mentor and develop junior consultants
- Evaluate third-party products, integrations, and add-ons
- 8+ years of Dynamics NAV / Business Central experience
- 3+ years as Solution Architect or Senior Consultant
- Strong manufacturing experience with 5+ years BC in manufacturing environments
- Good understanding of finance and broader business processes
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience leading, mentoring and supporting other consultants
- Experience with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Events & Extensions, third-party products and integrations (advantageous)
