Dynatrace Platform Engineer

Lead Dynatrace monitoring and platform reliability at Tata Consultancy Services, designing automation for highly available enterprise infrastructure.

This Platform Engineer role requires strong DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering expertise. You will implement platform practices, create observability solutions, and support mission-critical applications. The work emphasizes reliability, scalability, performance, incident management, and continuous improvement across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain scalable, resilient platform infrastructure
• Implement Platform Engineering and SRE practices
• Define SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets
• Develop Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, and management zones
• Support production environments and on-call rotations

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on Dynatrace monitoring experience
• Experience with observability and automation
• Knowledge of incident management and SRE practices
• Experience with Dynatrace SaaS or Managed environments
• Dynatrace or cloud certification preferred
