E-billing specialist

Position: E-Billing Specialist

Role: Direct Hire

Pay: $70-85k

Location: Tampa - Hybrid

What You'll Do:

  • Manage high-volume electronic billing for the firm's largest institutional clients
  • Review invoices for discrepancies, disallowances, and compliance issues before submission
  • Submit e-bills through third-party billing platforms
  • Manage provider-specific billing guidelines and fee agreements
  • Handle new client/matter setup, timekeeper setup, and rate requests
  • Track invoice status, rejections, reductions, and appeals
  • Resolve billing issues and respond to client inquiries
  • Support special billing projects as needed

Key to Hire:

  • 5+ years of legal e-billing experience
  • Law firm experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of outside counsel guidelines and e-billing processes
  • Experience with platforms such as TyMetrix 360, Collaborati, Passport/Datacert, Legal Tracker/Serengeti, or CounselLink
  • Extremely detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
