EA to Tech Founder – West End

West End | 5 days office-based | Occasional travel

We are looking for anexceptional Executive Assistant to work closely with the Founder of a highly successful and fast-growing Tech business.

This is a genuinely exciting role for an EA who enjoys beingat the heart of a business , working closely with an entrepreneurial Founder and becoming a trusted extension of him.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record supporting aCEO, Founder, Entrepreneur or high-level Principal in a fast-paced environment where discretion, judgement and the ability to anticipate what is needed are essential.

Based in beautiful offices in the West End you will be working alongside the Founder five days a week, with occasional travel.

A true right-hand role

No two days will be the same. You will take ownership of a busy and constantly evolving diary, managing meetings, travel, priorities and commitments while ensuring the Founder is always prepared and one step ahead.

You will need to be someone who naturallythinks ahead, spots potential problems and quietly sorts them out before they become an issue .

This is not a role for someone who simply wants to manage a diary. We are looking for an EA who wants to understand the business, knows what is going on around them and enjoys being thego-to person and trusted wingman to a successful Founder.

You will be highly visible and ambassadorial, dealing confidently with senior contacts and representing the Founder and company professionally at all times.

You will be:

• An experienced EA with3–4+ years supporting at CEO, Founder, Entrepreneur or Principal level

• Used to working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly

• Exceptionally organised, detail-focused and accurate

• Naturally proactive and instinctively good at anticipating what is needed

• Confident, polished and highly articulate

• Ambassadorial in style, with excellent interpersonal skills

• Tech-savvy and genuinely interested in AI and the latest technology and productivity tools

• Commercially aware and interested in the wider business

• Hands‑on, energetic and happy to get involved wherever needed

• Someone who builds relationships quickly and works well with a wider team

• Calm under pressure, good‑humoured and able to use initiative

• Degree educated preferred

Above all, you will havepersonality, energy and that certain sparkle . You will be confident enough to hold your own, but grounded enough to be a great team player.
