EBT Settlement Associate

Performing daily settlement activities and bank account reconciliations, the full-time EBT Settlement Associate will verify payment transactions and resolve discrepancies while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Verify daily funding and settlement activity, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data Research and resolve out-of-balance conditions, matching transactions between system reports and bank statements Analyze large volumes of transaction data to identify trends and root causes Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred; HS Diploma/GED with equivalent work experience accepted 2-5 years of experience in bank reconciliations, settlement operations, and payment processing Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including VLOOKUP's and Pivot tables Strong understanding of accounting principles related to debits, credits, and financial transactions Experience with ACH transactions and wire transfers is highly preferred
