Roots is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Analytics professional to turn data into strategic insights for our digital business. You’ll own reporting rhythms, build forecasts, and surface opportunities that drive online growth across Marketing and Ecommerce teams.

You’ll partner with Paid Media, CRM, and Brand Marketing to link spend to revenue, develop KPI frameworks, and deliver self-serve Power BI dashboards while applying AI-enabled insights to speed decision-making.
