eCommerce Fulfillment Performance Specialist

Drive eCommerce fulfillment performance at Pet Valu through data analysis, KPI reporting, and 3PL oversight. Work full-time and permanently in a hybrid Markham position.

The eCommerce Last Mile Specialist supports Pet Valu's fulfillment operations and reports to the Senior Manager, Final Mile. This position develops performance reporting, audits third-party logistics metrics, and supports service level commitments. It also addresses delivery quality concerns while identifying cost and process improvements across the last mile network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare weekly stakeholder reporting and support ad-hoc analysis
• Audit 3PL metrics and support KPI reports
• Participate in provider business reviews and performance discussions
• Identify cost opportunities across the eCommerce last mile network
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within 3PL operations

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Data analysis and KPI reporting experience preferred
• WMS experience preferred
• Network modelling experience preferred
