Ecommerce Growth Lead - Digital Product & Platform Owner

Hornby is seeking an Ecommerce & Digital Product Manager to own Hornby.com, driving customer acquisition, conversion, retention and lifetime value.

You will lead the commercial performance, customer experience and digital product roadmap, collaborating with a web development agency, technology partners and internal teams from planning through testing, migration and launch, then run a continuous optimisation programme.
