eCommerce Software Delivery Manager

In this role you drive agile software delivery for a leading B2C & D2C e-commerce client, guiding re-platforming in a consumer products context. You’ll work within a delivery-focused team to align business and tech stakeholders, manage the full SDLC in an agile setting, and oversee complex integrations. You’ll apply commercial judgment to delivery engagements and leverage MACH and related tools to shape scalable e-commerce solutions.

• Lead agile software delivery projects and provide strong project leadership
• Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies and foster an agile mindset across teams
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and developers
• Oversee end-to-end SDLC in an agile environment
• Manage client stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with business goals
• Deliver major e-commerce and platform/microservices solutions
• Coordinate work across multiple integrations and releases
• Understand CI/CD concepts and release mechanics
• Drive delivery for enterprise retail client engagements
• Leverage MACH and related e-commerce technologies where applicable

• Experience in agile software delivery project management
• Strong project leadership and delivery of e-commerce solutions
• Proficient in SCRUM and agile practices
• Excellent communication with business and technical teams
• Solid understanding of full SDLC in agile environments
• Strong client stakeholder relationship skills

• Experience with multiple system integrations
