Drive ecosystem integrations at Manulife using product management and identity integration skills in Waterloo, Ontario. Focus on SSO and care-vendor connections.

This Associate Product Manager supports Manulife’s Get Care and Member Experience initiatives. You will coordinate delivery across discovery, requirements, build, testing, launch, and post-launch support. The work includes product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and journey maps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate integration delivery from discovery through post-launch support
  • Translate needs into product requirements and user stories
  • Collaborate with technical teams and external partners
  • Co-manage roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery plans
  • Monitor adoption, authentication success, reliability, and member experience

Requirements:

  • Experience in digital product management or related areas
  • Experience with identity, SSO, APIs, or integrations
  • University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Communicate data flows, SAML 2.0, OIDC, and testing
  • English-French bilingualism is an asset
